The Talent team is looking for a coordinator to guide and direct strategic talent initiatives. We are looking for someone with proven success in a support role and who has strong written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, excited to design and run efficient processes, and fulfilled by providing Service Excellence (one of our Core Values).

*Hybrid/Remote, must be in the Denver office Tuesday and Wednesday

As a Talent Coordinator, you will support various aspects of the talent management portfolio. Key duties include:

* Manage centralized inquiries on a range of talent-related topics

* Administer various development programs including connecting teammates with internal and external coaches and documenting participation in a variety of development opportunities

* Submit and manage invoices

* Conduct assessment administration, including administering assessments and sharing results upon request

* Support compliance administration work including labor law poster administration and invoicing.

* Facilitate the job code and job description creation process

* Process improvement across our talent programs

* Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/ OR EXPERIENCE

* High School Diploma or Bachelors

REQUIRED SKILLS

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams

* Detail oriented and experience working in a fast-paced office environment

* Organization skills and time management experience working across multiple projects

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

* Administrative (or equivalent) experience

* HRIS Experience

* Smartsheet Experience

Salary/ Wage Range

$18.50-$30.00 / hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
