Cardiovascular Services Specialist

Job Description
Provides scheduling, admitting, and communication support for Cardiology mobile and adjunct services. Provides staff support to Cardiac Services departments including the Echo Vascular department and Nuclear Medicine department. Coordinates the interpretation-only study process for Echo Vascular, Nuclear Medicine and treadmill stress testing. Interacts with outreach facilities, KRMC and PVMG patient records. Performs all clerical duties as requested. Maintains communication lines with cardiology departments.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Associate degree or additional coursework in medical or related field required. i.e. medical assistant, LPN, biology. Prior medical experience preferred.
