Responsible for assigning and coordinating patient care during shift as well as providing direct patient care. Consults with staff, physicians, Inpatient Manager and Director of Nursing and Surgical Services on nursing issues and interpretation of facility policies to ensure patient needs are met. Collaborates with the inpatient manager on performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities.
Graduate of an accredited school for APRN/PA.
Current licensure in the State of Nebraska.
Current ACLS and BCLS certification.
At least two (2) years of clinical experience preferred.
At least two (2) years of experience in medical/surgical nursing and/or family practice.
