Bradley A. Anderson became the director of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program’s (OFCCP) Midwest Regional Office on January 1, 2012. He leads the largest region in the agency, comprised of ten states and more than 120 employees.

In 1995, Mr. Anderson joined OFCCP as a compliance officer (CO) in Indianapolis. Over the past 16 years, he has risen through the ranks, working in two regions and three districts. His prior position was the Director of the Charlotte District Office in North Carolina.

Under Mr. Anderson’s leadership, the Midwest Region has resolved more than 40 cases of discrimination and recovered over $5.1 million in back pay for the victims.

In 2010, Mr. Anderson served on the task force which revitalized OFCCP’s training program and executed the first uniform, national investigatory training for Compliance Officers (CO) in more than a decade. Over 350 new COs have been trained through this program.

Mr. Anderson graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1991 with a double major in Business Administration and Spanish. He served for two years in the U.S. Peace Corps as a Small Business Development Volunteer in Nicaragua.
